3. Check whether you entered the right password. 


    *Please delete the space before and after the password.   


4. If you don't remember the password, please click "I forgot my password" to reset it. 





Enter your email address and you will receive an email as below. Make sure to check your spam folder if you can't find it. 


Click "Reset Password" button or copy and paste the link below to your web browser and then enter the new password as instructed. Please keep in mind that the link is valid for 10 minutes. 




If you find the link is expired, please click "TRY AGAIN" to repeat the above process.



5. If you can't solve the problem by yourself after going through step1, 2, 3, 4, please write to support@afrotunesdigital.com with the screenshot and your registered email address and our customer team will get back to you soon.
