If you have already signed up but have trouble logging in:

2. Check whether you have entered the same email address as for registration. If you are managing multiple emails and can't remember it clearly, the one which once received the confirmation email when you signed up is the correct email address.

4. If you don't remember the password, please click "I forgot my password" to reset it.
Enter your email address and you will receive an email as below. Make sure to check your spam folder if you can't find it.
Click "Reset Password" button or copy and paste the link below to your web browser and then enter the new password as instructed. Please keep in mind that the link is valid for 10 minutes.
If you find the link is expired, please click "TRY AGAIN" to repeat the above process.
5. If you can't solve the problem by yourself after going through step1, 2, 3, 4, please write to support@afrotunesdigital.com with the screenshot and your registered email address and our customer team will get back to you soon.
